Positive: The location is a little country enclave, very quiet, a beautiful house of wood and stone perfectly maintained, surrounded by a lovely park, yet close to Bilbao. The hostess Oihane is very professional, personable and efficient; she gave me good help on how to get to the center of Bilbao using the metro (and avoiding traffic and parking). There is no A/C but I was very comfortable with the little fan. The room was cosy, the breakfast was nice.

Negative: Nothing.

Summary: I would stay there again without hesitation. You just wish every accommodation was run like this one
