Positive: The owner takes time to know you. Large comfortable rooms. Great place to stay before flying out of Bilbao or staying away from the city center.
Negative: If you're a pilgrim, it's about 8 to 10 minutes off Camino Del Norte. Yet! If you have Uber Eats, you can get food delivered instead of walking down the hill and back up.

Positive: Travelled for UEFA Final with my son arriving at 10pm so we got a taxi from the airport for 35 euro and Yvonne was waiting to check us in and also arranged breakfast times for the next morning. The next day she explained the best place to get public transport into Bilbao and also arranged our taxi back to the airport. Great location and stress-free, could not have been any better.
