Positive: It was well equipped with reasonable size of bathroom.

Negative: There was a bit of a communication barrier with the hostess, although she is very nice and kind. The unit is an additional dwelling attached to the house, not a hotel-like facility, so guests should be aware of this before booking. There were a lot of mosquitoes, but the facility has insect screens everywhere, although it’s impossible to completely eliminate them.

Positive: Great stay close to the beach with a little courtyard. Nice communal kitchen with the possibility to cook (we just used it for breakfast). Great swimming in the sea and a nice promenade in the evening. Air-conditioning and wi-fi worked great! Mini fridge in the room came in handy. Easy check in and check out.

Positive: The host was very welcoming and met us when our plane was delayed and we did not arrive till beyond midnight. The room was comfortable and clean and the location, so close to the sea and only 20 mins from Pisa, was perfect.
