Summary: We loved staying in this property as the balcony from the bedroom overlooking the sea is truly lovely. Silvia was an excellent host - she gave us all the information we needed, left breakfast for us, and was accommodating with our check-in/check-out times. One thing we had not understood about this property is the shared corridor through the apartment to another property upstairs - and whilst the residents were very pleasant, we would still have rather known this from the advert. The bedrooms, kitchen, and living space were very clean, but the bathroom could have been cleaner on this occasion. This said, the property is excellent and we would certainly consider staying again.

Summary: Silvia was a fantastic host, and her space is just as promised: three large beds, a nice over head shower, kitchen and two balcony areas. It was about a 20 min bus ride into Pisa… and took a little bit if preplanning with COVID as you have to buy bus tickets in advance (when we went paying on the bus was not an option). But the stay is spot on for a good vacation! There’s a weekend market in the summer months. Took us by surprise but next time I’ll be sure to plan some time to enjoy

Summary: The property was clean and large enough for 4 people. The facilities were fine with very comfortable beds. The availability of wifi was welcome. The kitchen was well equipped. It was less than a 200 metre walk to the beach and very close to local bus stops. Parking was easy outside the apartment. The bathroom was small but adequate. The owner Silvia was very helpful. Marina di Pisa is a delightful resort with all the amenities that you would need - clean (stony) beaches, supermarkets, ice cream, bars, restaurants and a frequent bus service to Pisa. Lots to see in the area - Pisa, Florence, Lucca, San Giminiano and more. The only negative was the traffic noise which was probably due to the local drivers' love of acceleration at every opportunity. We would certainly return to the property if we plan another holiday in the area.

Summary: The apartment was neat and clean and comfortable. All the amenities mentioned were available. The owner welcomed us with food and wine. Access to WIFI was definitely a plus. I would return and stay at this apartment any time of the year. You could view the Mediterranean Sea from the balcony and it was a short walk to the seaside.

Summary: "We were here in September. The apartment is located in the center of Marina di Pisa between the sea and the pine park (la pineta). If you are not afraid of stony beach without any service (and without any additional payment) this place is good for you. We had all we need. The apartment is very spacious, without dazzle, but clean. Cordial hostess is living above you and will help if you need something. Outside is a street that is not very noisy but you can hear going cars. Internet was fast and uninterrupted (that is good for planning your travel). Supermarket is near. If you feel a little bored you can reach Pisa in 20 minutes by bus. Grazie mille Silvia! "
