Positive: Boutique hôtel, smaller than I expected from pictures. Our room was comfy except it faced the street and very noisy even though street narrow. It’s the horn honking which is everywhere in Chiclayo! Not sure I would have liked other rooms since hotel is so narrow and they might not have windows. Staff very nice. Good and charming Italian restaurant (pizzeria Venezia) around the corner.

Negative: Not a dislike but just a surprise: we were better off paying with credit card in USD because the hotel had a worse exchange rate (?). Usually we are better off paying in local currency.

Positive: The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was very quiet and the bed was very comfortable. We had a sitting area.

Negative: It would have been nice to be able to make a cup of tea in our room.

Positive: Small hotel but big at heart... I felt at home... delicious food and reasonable prices The rooms are comfortable, spacious, clean and modern in style. Very friendly, courteous, always attentive staff. Special thanks to Ms. Erika from reception and Jeniffer Housekeeping and to all the staff who assisted us during our stay 100% recommendation... I will stay there again on my next visit to Chiclayo.

Positive: Very nice staff, extremely helpful. Good tasty breakfast on the terrace. Very clean and comfortable room. The hotel was within walking distance to the main square and to the bus station. We arrived by plane, and we had contacted the hotel ahead to have a driver pick us up. The driver was there, and we had him drive us on subsequent days to visit archaeological sites and nearby towns. Excellent driver! We left by bus, and we just walked with our luggage to the bus station.

Negative: Wifi was a touch spotty but I was on the last floor.

Positive: Well designed large rooms with modern bathrooms and comfortable seating area. Lovely staff that went out of their way to help. Great breakfast

Negative: The rooms facing the street had a lot of traffic noise particularly on Saturday night. When we complained they offered a room at the back of the building that was quiet and comfortable
