Positive: The staff was so helpful and friendly. The hotel is located on a busy street with lots of shops and restaurants, including an electronics market. It's within walking distance of the main square,e and where you need to take transport to Lambeyeque. The free breakfast in the morning is fabulous!

Negative: When I got to my room, I saw that there was urine on the toilet seat! But I could not wait to use the toilet, so I just cleaned the seat myself with my own soap and did not say anything to the staff about it. Except for the toilet seat and no soap in the bathroom, the rest of the room looked clean. I normally would say something to the staff about it and ask for a new room, but I didn't want to complain because I'm a foreigner. The room also has a window that opens up into an air shaft. The internet was terrible in my room.

Summary: Great location and breafkast BUT the bathroom was dirty

Negative: The water pressure in the shower was very low. Only a small trickle of water came out, which was extremely frustrating. This can't even be called a proper shower. It took me over 30 minutes just to wash my body.

Positive: The staff was amazing. The girls up front, Helen, Deyci, Viviana, there were a couple other that I did not get their names but everyone was great. A guy that was there at night also and all the staff at breakfast as overwhelmed as they got were extremely kind and helpful. A/C was great to have, the city gets hot.

Negative: Not a big complaint, but too many people for a small breakfast buffet. Food ran out very quickly, abs no table available at times. It was the week of Semana Santa so was to be expected that it would be full, but got quite hectic. Was not a big deal, just commenting
