Positive: Splendid view of Neuschwanstein castle. Off street parking included. Close to everything we wanted to see and do. Comfortable beds and easy temperature control. Tidy kitchen with simple furnishings There was some literature for tourist activities in the area with maps The owner was responsive on text messages through Booking.com

Negative: The bathtub in the photo did not work properly - we had to take the plug from the kitchen and we filled it using the shower hose. The wardrobe in main bedroom had much dust inside and on the top--including dead gnats. There were some squished bugs on the walls. The oven didn't work properly on our last day More written instructions about overall operations including proper trash handling would be helpful.

Summary: We enjoyed our 3 nights and 3 days in Schwangau at Casa Patrizia hiking two days around the castles

Positive: The apartment was very well equipped and spacious, everything what you need, especially while travelling with a baby. Parking available right in front of the house and a very straight forward check in.

Negative: The walls are very thin (we could hear someone talking very late in the night and could not fall asleep) and the mattress is very noisy..

Positive: There’s WIFI and you can use the kitchen.

Negative: This is just an ordinary Family home that has been rented. It doesn’t look like the first picture you see, I think it’s the picture from neighbourhood. You can’t use the bathtub(it’s only for decoration I think), the shower isn’t clean as you can see in the picture, and the water is as cold as hell. I can’t really sleep well here, I mean it’s very cheap, but at least they still should make it clean and comfy for the guests. I mean, if you pay for something cheap, you get the cheap quality.
