Summary: Das Haus ist eher älter eingerichtet aber schön gross und der Garten war super. Leider war die Küche schmutzig, das Geschirr war nicht sauber und es hatte viele Ameisen in der Küche. Poolabdeckung fehlte wurde erst am letzten Tag montiert. Im grossen und ganzen waren es aber sehr schöne und erholsame Ferien mit der Familie.

Summary: La maison est très spacieuse, dommage que la cuisine et son équipement ne soient pas à la hauteur du reste de la maison. Extérieurs très agréables. Maison un peu fraîche pour la saison ce qui doit être, au contraire, un avantage en été. Environnement très calme. Nous avons passé une très belle semaine.

Summary: Ein sehr großes Haus mit Pool. Es liegt sehr abgelegen aber ideal zum erholen. Größere Städte zum bummeln sind in 30 Minuten Fahrtweg gut zu erreichen.

Summary: Ci siamo trovati benissimo! Il tempo è stato favorevole,la casa comoda, spaziosa e fresca! La piscina grande,divertimento e relax assicurati! I proprietari molto gentili e disponibili a rispondere alle richieste. Bisogna prendere la macchina per fare la spesa ma a pochi metri si trovano macelleria,farmacia e negozio piccolo di alimentari..altrimenti con pochi km si raggiungono ipermercati. Abbiamo scelto questa soluzione per la tranquillità del posto e non ci siamo sbagliati!

Summary: Das Haus ist für italienische Verhältnisse sehr gut. Groß und geräumig, gute Zimmeraufteilung, schöne große Badezimmer. Die Küche ist in Ordnung, die Einrichtung könnte mal erneuert werden, auch einige Utensilien könnten entsort werden (Im Urlaub braucheich nicht zwei Fondue, jedoch wäre ein Wasserkocher wünschenswert, dieser fehlte). Die Kaffeemaschine ist sehr langsam, braucht eine dreiviertelstunde zum durchlaufen.Spülmaschine musste erst durch uns repariert werden, geht nun wieder.Im Bad und in der Küche gibt es einige Sachen die entsorgt werden könnten (Lebensmittel von Vormietern und im Bad Seifen, Duschgel und Schampoo)Der Garten ist groß und schön, der pool ist super und gepflegt, die Liegestühle haben wir leider nicht gefunden.Grill und Pizzaofen waren im Wechsel im Einsatz und sind sehr zum empfehlen. Reisetipps: In Seravalle gibt es ein super Outletcenter (ca. 100 km zu fahren) das wirklich zu empfehlen ist.Asti ist eine schöne Stadt, Mittwochs und Samstags ist dort Markt.Ferrere ist ein sehr süßes Dorf, es gibt einen kleinen Supermarkt und eine schöne Eisdiele.

Summary: Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön. Bei den Betten sind Bretter unter den Matratzen, dies sollte vielleicht mal überdacht werden. Im Herbst zur Jagdsaison ist fast dauern lautes Hundegebell zu hören.Ansonsten ist das Haus und der Aussenbereich mit Pool sehr schön, und die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Sehr gut geeignet für Leute die ausspannen wollen, und für Familien. Reisetipps: Unbedingt die Märkte ( Asti, Cuneo und Alba) besuchen

Summary: When we arrived we were very surprised in a good way. The house/villa had a big driveway with a fountain in the middle. The house was very nice and very decent renovated. The rooms are very large and the beds are very comfortable. A lot of storage space in the closets. The bathrooms were clean and with enough towels and bathrobes. The swimming pool was very nice and clean with a large garden. We lived outside and there was a party tent where we could stay all day. The location is in a small village, but with a short drive you have everything you need. Turin and Genovia are an (half) hour drive away. The only thing we mist was a good internet connection. We couldn't watch (short) films. Other than that, it was a perfect stay.
