Positive: The hosts were very helpful and lots of goodies to welcome us. It was a wonderful home away from home. Easy to navigate the busses. Wonderful to get home after a long day.

Positive: October 2025 It was comfortable & clean. The shower could have been cleaner but I’ve noticed around Europe really clean showers are hard to come by, even in hotels. The bus stop was right outside and across the street, which was really convenient. Bathroom was nice and the shower was a full body type which was really nice.

Negative: Had to wash towels twice in 4 days. Was only provided 2 rolls of toilet paper for 2 people for four days, then was told I had to buy my own if we wanted more. The house got cold at night even tho it was advertised it had heat. They had heaters but was told they couldn’t turn them on because of an Italian law. Location was far out from the city of Florence and better directions to find the place would have been helpful.

Summary: After working out the kinks with the city buses, I would stay there again.

Positive: The apartment was very spacious, it had everything we needed except AIR CONDITION. It is too hot in Italy to not have an AIR CONDITION period. The apartment had 2 fans, but it is not the same as having an AIR CONDITION.

Negative: There was no AIR CONDITION.
