Positive: The owner Alicia was so lovely and kind. She organized a driver for our early Volcano Atitlan hike, and helped us get a cheaper price. Also, gave us good information; how the taxi scooters do not work outside the town. Lastly, my girlfriend left her iPhone in our room at checkout, and once I received wifi again on the other side of the lake, Alicia had kindly tried calling me and messaged me notifying that she had her phone. In our 3 days there she always had a smile and seemed to enjoy laughing a lot.

Negative: The only thing was that there wasn’t a extra large pot to cook with. Only because I like cooking, and that problem was no important for the average traveler.
