Summary: Excellent rental and good value. Hosts responded almost immediately to questions. Home was immaculately cleaned on arrival. Renting a home with a new appearing hot tub and a good pool table was a bonus. The home is in a safe neighborhood, close to recreational areas around the Sandia mountains and allows parking inside a 2 car garage. We would definitely rent this home again.

Summary: Nice spacious townhome. Plenty of room to spread out and relax. Was clean and stocked with basic amenities. Also in a great part of town (newer part of town, safe and close to the mountains). Would highly recommend.

Summary: We enjoyed are weekend in this beautiful home. The unit was very clean and comfortable. The yard and hot tub were great places to relax at the end of the day. We would stay here again next time we are in Albuquerque

Summary: No surprises. Very clean, check in easy, nice neighborhood for walks, central to places we wanted to visit. We enjoyed the backyard area. Unit backs to a busy street so light sleepers in 2 smaller rooms might be impacted. Beds comfy & master suite was great. Living room/tv area is not as light as pictures show as its a shared wall/no natural light. Overall though we give high marks, would stay again if in area. Appreciate that we could bring our dogs.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at this lovely house. The beds and pillows are comfortable. Check in is easy. The house was clean. The neighborhood is very nice, and the view of the mountains is lovely. There is a nice small park within a short walk. It is a convenient location to visit the Sandra Peaks Tramway. We enjoyed the patio and playing pool. We liked being able to park our car in the garage. We would definitely stay here again.
