Positive: Love how friendly and quiet the little town is! This location is very remote and we had Sarah Santos (Harmony Trails) to drive us around each day, while touring the entire Island. A beautiful stream flows behind the property and the sound of the trickling stream is very calming. Definitely two thumbs up! 👍 👍

Negative: If there was anything I could suggest for the property, it would be to provide some simple staples in the kitchen - such as food wrappings (foil/plastic wrap) and possibly a few common spices in sealed containers for cooking or olive oil. Lastly, the bathroom door handles could use a little oil as they were squeaky when closing the doors to shut them. Not really a big deal but just being honest. All windows were updated & very nice and we appreciated the screens on some windows.

Positive: This was my second stay here and I will certainly come again. Host and housekeeper are very friendly and very helpfull. Location is great, just a few minutes walk to the beach. House has everything you need. A new addition - grill is really great, I did used it all the time. Garden is even more beautiful as last year with new flowers and well maintained.

Positive: Host was very helpful providing answers for my questions. We needed small cookware and it was delivered next day. Comfortable bed. Nice garden with sitting area. Netflix is a nice addition. Beach in Faial da Terra is very nice.

Negative: Barbecue would be a nice addition if anyone visiting like that. That is a suggestion for owner ....
