Positive: Everything! The hotel was beautiful, the location was perfect! The staff was so amazing and welcoming the whole trip, it was my best friends birthday and they treated us so well with birthday treats!! The restaurant was great too, we ate there for lunch and dinner! 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend!!

Negative: The price was high for me and my salary haha but I don't regret it at all, the experience was worth it!!

Negative: Minor comment: We had to order a water cattle for tea in the room The concierge was not available and the concierge services could be developed further for the benefit of the hotel guests and the hotel.

Positive: The hotel’s location is fantastic—right by the beach with beautiful views. The building design and interior decor are elegant and welcoming.

Negative: Unfortunately, my experience was negatively impacted by an unauthorized duplicate charge of $4,000 to my credit card. This serious billing issue was very disappointing and caused significant inconvenience during my stay.
