Positive: The property is newly renovated, and everything is brand new, clean, and tastefully designed. The entire space exudes luxury, from the stunning decor to the thoughtful details. The check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow, and the entry process was seamless. You walk through a beautiful conference room and a stylish hallway that leads to a fancy pool (not heated, but still refreshing). The amount of artwork around the property is impressive and really adds to the ambiance. The property is so beautifully maintained that you might not want to leave! However, it’s just minutes from the public beach, and the location is ideal. There’s also a garage for parking, which is very convenient. The unit we stayed in (No. 2) was like a cozy studio apartment with no windows, but the bedroom and the comfortable living and dining areas made it feel spacious. The furniture was great, and we had two TVs—one in the living room and one in the bedroom. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and my favorite part was the air fryer, which made cooking so much easier. They also provided a backpack cooler for drinks, beach towels, and beach chairs. The only thing missing was an umbrella, but other than that, everything you need for a great beach experience was provided. Our host, was absolutely incredible. She was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. The property has only five or six units, and everything was so quiet and private—you barely notice anyone else is around. We had a wonderful time at this property, and I would happily return any time. Thank you, Katy, for making our stay in San Juan so comfortable and enjoyable!

Positive: After flight cancellation and an unexpected overnight stay in PR we booking this sweet studio for a night last minute We were extremely happy with the accommodations. The bed was super comfy and the apartment was c very clean and had everything we required to good a great nights rest Although we didn’t use the kitchen - it had all the required equipment you might need to cook up whatever you desire including a full sized appliances The location was easily walkable and safe , which we took advantage of taking a late evening walk around and dining at a close by restaurant which was also a pleasing meal. Our property manager was very polite friendly and made sure we had all we needed. She took the time to suggest local eateries we might enjoy and stayed over until our late flight arrival and check in to ensure we were taken care of. We couldn’t have asked for a more hospitable guide to our stay. I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the facilities at casa de verde and try out the beautiful dipping pool in the indoor courtyard. There is also option of larger apartments on site that are also beautiful. I can’t wait to return with my family and use those as well. Thank you for a great experience
