Positive: The back of the house (kitchen and terrace) offers a fantastic and unique view on a small natural reserve (maquis), the mountains and the sea. There's absolute privacy, no neighbours behind, just nature. The house itself is a nice example of the Mediterranean style and is well decorated with paintings, art, cosy objects, books. It really feels like coming home, not just like coming in a holiday house. The street was very quiet (we came in winter time, of course), but as the house is really at the border of the village, it will be a quite location in summer as well. As the weather was - unfortunately enough - extremely unusual for the Island (almost endless rain every day, from Monday to Saturday included, only sun on Sundays :-) , the days of our arrival and departure), we were very happy with the 2 fire places in the house. We could warm ourselves and dry our clothes and walking shoes every evening. We also appreciated the perfect availability of warm water for kitchen and bathroom. As we like to be busy with food and cooking, a well-equiped kitchen (oven, big fridge and freezer) was one of our criteria. The infrastructure was indeed OK. Good communication!

Negative: Nothing. (It was just a pitty that we were not able to make use of the dining place on the terrace, because of the bad weather).

Summary: Hidden gem. Very nice place for nature lovers, people who like to walk, to read, to relax.
