Positive: As the street name (Carrer del Mar) indicates, the house is located close to the seaside, with a couple of beaches to choose from according to your preferences. The neighbourhood is quiet, with just a few local people or tenants passing by throughout the day, yet not so far from the restaurants or shops/services. Parking in the area is problem-free. The house itself is spacious, beautifully furnished, and perfectly equipped. We definitely enjoyed spending time at the yard with a dining table and on the amazing terrace upstairs, offering a beautiful view and a lot of stars at night. The possibility of using house appliances, such as dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer, is a great advantage. An SUP stored in the garage was a pleasant surprise as well. Last but not least, the communication with the host, Maria, was perfect and seamless. Definitely coming back!
