Positive: The pool area is nice and it’s close to the beach

Negative: We had the private cabin and paid $60 for one night which it was in no way worth. There was an air conditioning unit in the room but we were told because we’d booked through booking.com it wasn’t technically part of our booking?? They then said they’d do us a favour and let us use it anyway (because the ceiling fan did not by any means cool the whole room only the bed directly underneath) but we couldn’t use the air conditioning unit as the remote was missing. The en-suite toilet was not very nice and there were cobwebs everywhere just generally the whole place didn’t feel very clean. The shared outdoor shower was not the nicest experience either and we found the overall vibe of the place quite odd, clearly a lot of people that were staying there long term and some volunteers so hard to work out who actually worked there properly - whether way none of them were welcoming or polite to us on arrival or throughout the stay. The kitchen looked pretty well equipped but again very rustic. If it was cheaper we wouldn’t complain but for the price tag I would expect more.

Positive: It’s very pretty. Located near to the beach. Staff were lovely. During the day it felt peaceful and quiet

Negative: Description said room had private bathroom but it’s only got a sink and toilet. When I was washing myself in the sink they turned my water off as they thought I was using too much water. At 6 pm I was informed that there was a techno music night. This started at 7. After listening to 2 hours of music blasting out I had to leave the hotel and find somewhere peaceful to sit. Returned at 10:20 as I was told music would stop at 10:30. It stopped just before 11. But then some people congregated in the breakout space beneath my room and were talking and laughing loudly until 1 am. I was woken very early by the noise of vehicles roaring past on the nearby road.

Negative: It's on the main road in and out of town so the cars going down are very noisy early in the morning. Could do with a mirror in the room at eye level or a seat for the dressing table. Also another fridge for the kitchen is needed.

Positive: Friendly and helpful staff. Clean pool. Outdoor shower. Festival and live band.

Negative: We got bitten by bedbugs, but i guess that can happen when travelling. They changed our room straight away and fumigated the room.

Positive: Close to the beach, loved the mango tree on the land that provided everyday, the people and vibe was cool

Negative: Our bungalow was really poorly designed and equipped The shared kitchen was always suuuuper messy
