Positive: Casa das Camelias is an amazing villa! So beautifully taken care of, with everything you need (even a washing machine), in a perfect location. The rooms are big and very comfortable. It was so quiet and serene, and relaxing. After a day of trekking and discovering parts of the island, returning to the villa is pure pleasure. Last but not least, Riu the owner was absolutely wonderful, ready to assist in any way. We truly felt in good hands, and very warmly recommend this property in Sete Cidades to all. We shall be back!

Positive: Private and the space, outside garden. Kitchen and the rooms were big and the house for 3 friends were more than enough. Lake just next to the house is so so nice to be especially early morning when the crowds are not yet there. And the b’fast place just the opposite side was a gem when we would like to take it easy and enjoy sitting and eating ☺️

Negative: Heating was not working well out of air condition device, there were small heaters but it wasn’t sufficient. Nevertheless, they were helpful tons e and check. Moist weather of Azores makes everything a little moist like clothes. May be humidifier will help!

Summary: It was really nice and we enjoyed the place and the area!

Positive: The house was clean, spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay! It was very nice to be able to park inside the gate. I would definitely recommend!

Negative: Communication with the property manager wasn’t the best, but communication with the owner was quick and easy!

Positive: Beautiful view of the lake and nature with gentle sounds of birds, cows, and chickens. Rolling fog, bright sun. Excellent light and large warm space, very comfortable. Minutes away from all major Sete Cidades attractions with a great escape feel. Close to markets and easily accessible from other parts of the island. Thank you!

Positive: Very impressive location, house decoration and services provided. The host Rui is very friendly and communicate effectively at the right point of moment to facilitate the accommodation service. We are spending holidays and our family enjoying our stay very much. Will definitely visit back and recommend friends to come. Thank you Rui for your lovely place and warmth welcome.

Negative: Nothing important indeed, although little equipments may not functioned well but won’t bother the experience overall as a great place to explore sete cidades. On the day of our departure, Rui starts to repair the solar panel which we can see his taking a lots of effort and heart to the apartment. We are very lucky to discover this lovely place. Much appreciated.

Positive: It’s a very nice big house with gorgeous backyard 😍 I stayed alone for 4 nights and felt super safe and comfortable. In the house there are heaters and AC in every room, when it’s not cloudy you can see the lake from one of the bedrooms right from the bed! Would love to come back here with family :)
