This villa is located in a peaceful and prime Montgo location with stunning views.

It is just a short car ride from the popular town of Javea. The house sleeps up to 8 people with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a separate WC, and a bell tent in the garden for the more adventurous. The bedrooms consist of two doubles and one bunkbed room. There is a private outdoor swimming pool to cool down and relax and catch some rays when you are not enjoying the fabulous beaches nearby.

This fully equipped property comes with hot/cold air conditioning, WIFI, a TV, and a washing machine for guests’ use.

It is just a 10 minute drive to the historic Javea Old Town and a little further on you will find the popular Arenal beach, with its wide selection of bars and restaurants. It is a 19 minute drive over Montgo Mountain to the bustling town of Denia where it is possible to get a ferry across to Ibiza and Majorca.

Javea is known as the jewel of the Costa Blanca and for good reason. It is situated in an idyllic location, set on the Mediterranean coastline with plentiful restaurants serving fabulous fresh food. The area is a haven for sports enthusiasts with a golf course nearby, padel tennis facilities, and watersports galore and the area is a hot spot for cycling with some breathtaking rides just waiting for you.
