Positive: A Beautiful Villa with stunning views! Everything you could need for a wonderful Family Holiday. The villa was clean and well equipped. A welcome pack was there on our arrival which had essentials until we went to the supermarket, and there are plenty of them within a short drive away. The Pool was cleaned 3 times during our 10 day stay and bed linen and towels changed on day 6. Jávea is about 20 mins away and has a very welcoming vibe and a good choice of restaurants. Mark and he’s team were very friendly and very helpful! We would highly recommend this property!
Negative: Nothing not to like!

Positive: Set in a lovely location, the villa has wonderful views both front and back,, and a big plus is its south facing, so sunshine from sun rise to dusk. Spacious, fully stocked kitchen, decent size bedrooms, lovely balcony on top level with access by two bedrooms, and central staircase. Air con in every room. Comfortable outside seating, and plenty of it!! Two BBQs, one gas one charcoal, and both big. Lovely clean pool. The managing team are quick to resolve any issues, helpful, and prompt with communications.
Negative: Air con sadly did not work on one side of the Villa, but the managing team quickly installed temp units. The dishwasher door at times failed to close, and was not great in use, time for a new one. Door on first level, and door on top level did not open as should do. Master bed could be improved with better bedding, just not quite big enough for the supper king bed. The shower in the master en-suite has very poor flow rate and not warm enough. So we used the shower by the pool which was great!! Mosquitos had a great time biting us, day and night, so be aware!

Positive: It was a self catering villa , but a welcome basket was thoughtfully provided, the situation on the hillside below the National Park was great and the views were stunning from the Terrace area. The area was lovely and quiet and well maintained. We were met on arrival by the Host who talked us thro all the dos and donts and he was very helpful and responded quickly to things. The Villa was extremely spacious and the beautifully clean pool was a great size. Choice of BBQs outside loo and shower near pool for kids perfect.
Negative: we had a few small issues that were very quickly addressed by the Host, such as wheels missing on dishwasher rack, large metal side gate would not close and was swinging and clattering in the wind and we had a day without hot water as the solar panels glitched but we were then put onto gas water heating.
Summary: Fantastic place of excellent quality for a quiet family holiday - 10 mins drive from Javea
