Positive: The location was excellent. The air conditioning was cold. The room was spacious and included coffee.

Negative: Things we did not know were: the apartment was up one flight of stairs and the bathroom space was tight. These were not negatives for us, but some people might want to be aware

Positive: The location is excellent - close to restaurants, water bus stations, attractions, etc. Location is very residential and quiet. When we had a serious travel transportation issue, the management/owners were incredibly helpful. And we were able to do laundry!

Negative: Nothing! Only a longer stay!

Summary: Especially for first time visitors to Venice - the perfect place to stay.

Positive: Property was roomier than it looked in the photos. Clean, comfortable, good location - about 7 minute walk to Rialto Bridge. Good printed information for Venice in apartment.

Negative: Communication could be better. Got computer responses which didn't answer questions asked. But person meeting us was very helpful.
