Positive: Located in beautiful village. Allocated parking space. Exceptionally clean. Shown round by owner on arrival. Comfy beds and lovely little touches like chocolates on the bed and essential supplies provided. (Milk, bread, butter, cereals, juice, tea, coffee etc) . Lovely garden with seating. Great quality fixtures & fittings. Massage beds, opti-myst fire, coffee maker.

Negative: We found no faults - nothing we would change at all.

Positive: The reason you pay a premium with this property is its location, on the village green in Nettlaham, however its not all its cracked up to be.

Negative: The reason its called cosi cottage is because its small, very small, certainly not for a family. The beds are tiny and the windows at the front of the property are not double glazed , this is a problem as 6 ft from your kitchen window is a bus stop which means busses stopping right outside your kitchen window several times a day and as late as 11pm. Opposite the house is one of the 2 pubs, "The Plough" again at midnight, noise , noise , noise, people smoking outside the pub seem to be in the front garden, taxis pulling up at 11pm looking for people, its ridiculous. The double bed in the room we used was electric, it would raise and lower, massage and inflate to make life easier , that only works when its fitted the correct way around, all that went up and down were our feet. The kitchen is cosi, with no dishwasher fitted. I always ask myself after staying..... would we come again, yes to the village, no to using this house, its overpriced, cramped and noisy.
