Positive: For the reasonable price that you pay you have spacious and cozy apartment. Great location - walkable distance from Old town and the main bus station, but quite place without noise. Great hosts - they treat you as a guest, not as a tourist. Super easy check in and check out. Very kind host who give you all the necessary information briefly. Fully equiped appartment with large terrace, 2 bedrooms, large kitchen, and one more room with sofas, TV and table. I would say over equiped - the owner cared about everithyg we need, even more, such as sun umbrellas and beach accessories, toys for the children. Eye for the detail which tuched us deeply. You got everything that you need, it is like home. Full equipment, comfortable beds, free tolilettaries and all chemicals needed, free different coffees, perfect WI-FI. And some nice surprises, but I do not describe - it is a surprise for you from the great host. Overall - we will definately come back to the beautiful Chania and for sure we will stay in the same appartment without doubht. HIGHLY RECCOMMEND! The hosts and the appartment merit only one rate - the maximal one.

Positive: Very large apartment with everything necessary for the perfect stay - spacious rooms and bathroom with laundry machine, air-conditioning, kitchen with all supplies, coffee machine with free coffee. The host was very polite and gave us a warm welcome with raki and information for good places for dinner. 15 minutes walk from the port.

Positive: The flat was spacious and very well equipped. Even coffee, biscuits, fruit and some sweets were provided. There was a balcony surrounding half the flat. The area and building were pleasant and a short walk from the centre. Eleni was so lovely and would send us recommendations whenever needed. We’d definitely stay here again. Thanks Eleni :)

Positive: Beautiful and very cozy apartment, we felt right at home. Very nicely furnished, super clean, very comfortable beds, good functioning and very well equipped kitchen (with several jars of all different coffees) and a good sized bathroom with a big walk in shower and washing machine. The wrap around narrow balcony was perfect to sit out on in the evening. Lovely touches everywhere, the host even left us a bottle of raki, nice wine and water in the fridge, cookies, sweets, cracker breads, crackers and nuts, as well as nice key rings as presents, Communication was exceptional and we got great local recommendations for eating out. The location was ideal, a nice and quiet residential neighborhood, right opposite a beautiful park with a nice café, yet only a 10 minute walk to the centre of the old town. Parking was no problem most times. We would highly recommend staying here and would definitely come back, definitely exceptional!

We traveled in sooo many countries but This appartment offered us the best value for the money we payed! The Appartment is very clean! It is 10 min walking distance from Chania old town. It has 2 separate bedrooms and 1 living room and a separate kitchen and 1 bathroom and 1 big terace. Free air conditioning in every room. Free Wi-Fi. For the money you pay here- you can not find a better hotel or another appartment with 2 separate bedrooms - so This appartment is the best! The communication with Lampros- the Administrator- was sooo easy and he helped us with EVERYTHING with Kindness and patience. He helped us with Early check in, He waited For us with sooo many fruit, sweet things, different beverages, He helped us with information about transport, restautants, renting a car etc. He always helped us with any info we needed at any hour. In the appartment you find EVERYTHING you need: washing machine, microwaves, coffee Machine, kettle, big fridge, Sandwich maker etc etc. EVERYTHING you need in a house - they had it at Capt73134.
