Positive: Amazing value for price! Massive balcony to dine or relax in the evenings, great fully-stocked kitchen, and very comfortable bed rooms. Francesco and his mom went above-and-beyond to welcome us into their home - they were both so kind to our family.

Positive: Great location. Ten minutes on foot to the beach and fifteen to Negombo Thermal Park. Fully equipped kitchen. Generouce welcome busket. Huge terrace with a stunning view on El Pomeo. Hosts, senior Francesco and his mother have been welcoming and helpful all time. Recommend!

Positive: This is a great property ! It's enormous ! Tiled floors, simply and traditionally furnished, we had a lovely time here and thought it excellent value for money. There is a great local beach within easy walking distance with a handful of good restaurants, it is a little steep though like most of Ischia. Convienient for Forio town which is a must visit and Negombo, the hot spring spa, which is well worth the admission fee. If you have a car (we did) this property has off street parking which is a must as it's very difficult to park on any island in ther Bay of Naples at the best of times. Francesco and his mother are the hosts and they couldn't have been more helpful, really nice people. We had a great time and would love to return one day. Recommended !

Positive: Lovely, bright, spacious, quiet, easy walk to the beach, quick drive to Lacco Ameno, very generous welcome basket, well equipped kitchen. A treat to overhear a concert in the Martella gardens one evening from the terrace

Negative: No negatives. A car is definitely useful

Summary: Really lovely stay, would recommend it to anyone and happily return
