Positive: The house was excellent, good condition, clean and well appointed. Linda was most helpful, especially when ferries were cancelled due to weather and gave recommendations as to best action to get to mainland. Would certainly return.

Negative: As a restricted walker, hill down to town area needed taxis to navigate. Normal walkers of the party didn't find this a problem.

Summary: Very good place to spend a holiday in comfort

Positive: Beautiful and clean, there was not one thing I needed that was not there including linen,towels,extra cushions and throw blankets. Well appointed kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine with pods/sugar/milk/biscuits. Shared with family members (8) comfortably. This is definitely upmarket accomodation.

Summary: Linda is an exceptional host with vast local knowledge and so accommodating, warm and professional.

Positive: The villa is absolutely stunning itself and is located on a huge property overlooking the coast of Ischia. We were there with 2 families (4 adults, 4 kids) and had more than enough room for all of us. Everything is properly furnished and fully equipped unlike some of the typical Ikea mansions on Booking. Our host was also extremely responsive and helpful - when we asked if there is a grill, we had one in our backyard 4 hours later. Received many great tips for restaurants and activities on the island. This was one of the best rental experiences in my life, and I did more than 80 by now.

Negative: As with most private properties in the region, the way to get there can be a bit tricky for inexperienced drivers.

Summary: Absolute bliss for larger families or groups! Great villa with all necessary amenities.

Positive: Linda and the villa were truly wonderful, we enjoyed the location as we hired scooters for the time we were there, it would be very difficult to get around and into the cities if you weren’t willing to pay for taxis. Keeping in mind, Linda provided a great contact for this.

Positive: We loved our stay at the Villa. Its just beautiful with a nice view down to Forio port. Linda was the most helpful and kind host and always available to answer any questions or make bookings for us. Would highly recommend and hope to be back again some day soon to the beautiful island of Ischia
