Positive: The view is great. The rooms were spacious and we had everything we needed.

Negative: The front gate was a little frustrating trying to enter the property. The code wouldn't open the gate and the side gate was locked.

Summary: IT was nice and relaxing location with a very local feel.

Positive: We were staying in the Maisonette house. It is well equipped for your comfortable stay: kitchen has all the things you need for cooking and there is a small TV if you want to watch local channels. The house also has an AC with which you can warm the house too (it can get cold at night). My favorite part of the property is location: it is just right next to the ocean and has amazing views around. You can enjoy a great sunset just 5 min away from you. It is also located close to some amazing locations. The host was nice to leave some snack for us, which were amazing to find because we were really hungry upon arrival. He has also kindly allowed us to check-out later.

Negative: The issue with ants mentioned in other reviews is still there. It didn't bother us much, you just need to make sure not to leave anything on the counter. Also, there can be a lot of flies even with the mosquito net on windows. Tiny downside of the location is that there are not many supermarkets around, so you need to drive 15 min to get to a proper one.

Positive: - Very well-kept property and house, everything is clean - no technical issues with the electrical installations or Wi-Fi, even though it looked like some additional installations were started and not finished - small but well-equipped kitchen (though the fridge urgently needs to be defrosted) - there is an additional electrical heater and fan in the bedroom - friendly and helpful host (Samuel) - no adjacent residential buildings...if the wind is quiet, you really only hear the sea and the birds - the building has 2 fully equipped bathrooms

Negative: Neutral: - the house currently has no outer door handle, so you can't pull it shut from outside. However, as a solution you can use the key for that, which has the additional effect that you can't accidentally forget it in the house. Cons: - the pillows had a very strange smell, like mouldy - the freezing compartment in the fridge was full of ice and not useable at the moment - no privacy outside the house – most of the property is wide open and visible from the street - behind the house is a bamboo grove, and sometimes the wind causes the branches to scratch on the backside of the house, which resulted in some nasty noise. After a long sleepless night I went over and cut down some of the branches, but if the bamboo keeps growing, this will surely be an issue again.
