Amazing villa for 8 people with private pool and garden, located just 2.5 km from Ses Salines and 4 km from the beach in Colonia de Sant Jordi.
The exterior area of this finca is really impressive thanks to its lively garden and great private chlorine pool that sizes 11 x 6 metres and has a water depth ranging from 1.1 to 1.9 metres. You can bask in the sun on the 8 sunloungers around. Next, the stairs lead you to the porch where you can enjoy a delicious barbecue or a relaxing evening sitting on the exterior sofa and admiring the idyllic views. The property is fenced and there are no neighbours around so you'll enjoy total privacy.
Inside, the spacious living - dining room with AC, invites to share moments at the dining table or watching the TV-sat. If you like cooking, you'll love the well equipped airy kitchen with a ceramic hob. The laundry room offers a washing machine, a dryer, an iron and an ironing board. Summary: We loved this apartment. The pool area is great with a beautiful view. Short walk to the beach as well as the store and restaurants. We would stay here again.

Summary: We had a great stay at Can Bou. The Villa is very well equipped and was pristine. The rooms are spacious and for 3 generations, as we were, it was perfect. Beautiful pool. Lovely grounds. Very helpful owners. We had a great stay and will definitely be back. You do need a car to get into C s Jordi or ses Salines as it’s a little remote, but for us that didn’t really matter.

Summary: Spacious, quiet, equipped with everything you need. Close enough to beaches, towns, supermarkets by a short car drive but secluded enough to switch off from the rest of the world. The owner was so lovely and made us feel at home. We will be visiting again! Some things to note if you’re thinking of staying: Ses Salines and St Jordi are within 15/20 mins walk away but the only route is via the main roads which aren’t paved so it’s impossible to walk safely. Parking in both those towns is easy enough. There are plenty of quiet farm roads/tracks directly around the villa for walks/runs. The villa has no soft floors but our 9, 8 & 6 yr olds were fine if we made sure no floors got wet from the pool! Try Manolo restaurant in Ses Salines - a local favourite with a great atmosphere and lovely seafood as well as other good food.
