Our apartment is newly built. It is conveniently situated close to the beach (50 mts.), but away from the noise, in a very quiet area.
On the first floor there is the kitchen, living room, dining room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
On the upper floor there is a separate bedroom with a bathroom and a terrace.
The house is equipped with everything necessary for the care and entertainment of children: cot, toys.
It also has a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a coffee maker and a kettle.

Summary: We love Colonia de Sant Jordi and have been there many times. This time, however, we also had the perfect vacation home. A beautiful apartment that even exceeded our expectations, an incredibly kind and caring host who took great care of us. Everything super clean! Great beds! A beautiful lodgia with lounge area and dining table AND a sun terrace. We have recovered very well and are sad that the time passed so quickly. We will be back and recommend! Summary: Great flat with all the amenities and I mean it - aircon, hairdryer, toaster, blender, you name it. It has a lovely balcony where you dine and spend most of your time... Excellent host - very helpful and knowledgeable. Amazing location - Colonia is a lovely little town, slightly upmarket compared to other resorts yet charming. The flat is in the quiet street 1 min from the beach and promenade. There is a supermarket, a fruit store, a pizzeria and a pharmacy within a 2 min walk.

Summary: This wonderful appartment offers more than enough space for two people, but we really enjoyed every square meter! Two comfortable sofas and a nice floor lamp as reading light allow for snugly evenings. Those who prefer TV instead of reading, find a lot of German TV channels. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, we never saw something alike (and we really know what we are talking about). The shower is wonderful hot and we could use the air condition to get it warm, but we even had days when we could enjoy the sun on the wind-protected balcony (Mallorca's south offers really nice temperatures in December). The sea, the harbour, the restaurants, a fruit & vegetable shop and a supermarket are only a few minutes to walk. Several beaches are available - two long ones for relaxing "winter" walks - or, of course, enjoying summer time. Landloard Joan received us at 10 p.m. in the appartment, provided useful information and coffee, milk and water for the first morning - who could ask for more? In addition, he was sooo helpful in solving a personal problem (thanks again for that). Did we forget something to tell? Well, don't forget to ask him for his recommendation for the best paella in town ;-)

Summary: This apartment is a very smart, high spec place to stay. There is everything you need including fully equipped kitchen, and beach things and also bikes! In fact turned out to be better than the photo's show, the showers are now glass not curtains. The owner met us and explained how everything worked. All the description are as discribed, very clean and would not hesitate to recommend. This was the high light of our stay.

El proprietario esta muy simpatico y nos da muchas informaciones sobre la propriedad, las facilidades en la Colonia Sant Jordi, etcetera... nos gustariamos volver, fuimos tan feliz con todo, yo recomendo este apartamiento. EN: The flat was beautiful, clean, modern, close to the beach and shops. The landlord was very kind and helpful. We arrived very late but he welcomed us very nicely and took the time to tell us about the flat, how everything works, the town and facilities, restaurants, activities, shops, etc...very friendly. we really enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed, the children even had toys to play and books to read, bikes and things for the beach. We had the most perfect holiday and I would highly recommend this accommodation. FR: L'appartement est magnifique, confortable, propre, spacieux et moderne. Il est a quelques minutes a pied de la plage et des commerces. Le proprietaire est tres aimable. Malgre notre retard, il nous a accueilli chaleureusement et nous a fait visiter l'appartement en nous expliquant tout ce dont nous avions besoin. il nous a aussi donne des infos et conseils sur la ville, les activites, les restaurants etc. Nous n'avons manque de rien, nous avons passé un tres agreable sejour et je recommande vivement cet appartement.
