Summary: The entire property and experience was great. My only issue was the rental of an umbrella at the beach. If I'm spending several thousand dollars at your resort for 5 days I would think you could give me an umbrella for a few hours a day. The $27 per day for an umbrella was a bit outrageous!

Summary: Property is conveniently located in mid beach, but not many choices for dining options. No retail shopping in the immediate area. The area is very expensive. The free trolley is an excellent way to go north or south to venture away for other dining and shopping. The hotel has exceptionally friendly and helpful staff.

Summary: Customer Service was shockingly poor! They had no record of our prepaid breakfast, had to fight for it with several incompetent staff who don’t know how to communicate and over hours of time! …just for breakfast! Was so embarrassing. The bedside Alarm clock also went off at 5am, after someone supposedly ‘checking the room’ before being allowed to go in!

Summary: Our room was very noisy and they managed to change our room which they said they would not charge the resort tax as a good will gesture they have added this to my credit card after we left the property after two emails no response very poor.... Also on the last day my wife had a hair in her breakfast, they said they would not charge but guess what... they did!!

Summary: I regularly stay at the Cadillac. Since the Confidante closed for reno, and I’ve wanted to still stay in the same neighborhood, this has been a great choice. The view from ocean front rooms is great and the rooms are nice and spacious. Love it here.
