Summary: Great experience and fun in the sun and beaches

Summary: The location is perfect. The beach is quickly accessible. The property manager was also accessible and fixed any issues or conerns we had in a timely manner. The condo itself is poor. There was duct tape on the mocrowave, dry-wall peeling away from coreners of floor and ceiling, wires runnig across permiters of rooms, not enough towels or papergoods offered, the oven didnt work (only the stove top), the hot water was pretty much non existant!

Summary: In all fairness, the pictures are a good representation of the unit- it was clean. The host was very communicative, responsive and helpful. The Shabbat accommodations were nice to have. Ocean views were nice. Good proximity to beach. However, - the mattresses in the bedroom w/ the 2 beds felt like they were taken from the dump....20 years ago: felt every spring, every movement came with a loud creak... awful sleep - The overall ambience of the building is not what I want my kids exposed to at this young age. I'm pretty sure we shared an elevator w/ a hooker at one point. the other occupants were loud and rowdy- were it not for the loudness of the A/C my kids would have been up the whole night. Hallways were damp. - The unit was missing certain necessities: tissues and a bath mat (host was able to get one for us a few days in) would have been nice to have. - Some of the other furniture was old and uncomfortable- the futon/couch was unsittable b/c it was so sunken in, the desk chair was missing an arm - Overall, we chose it for the size, location and cost but in the end it just wasn't a comfortable stay. I would not stay there again nor recommend it to anyone.

Summary: The condo was perfect and the balcony had views of ocean and bay (sunrise and sunset). The pool is for dipping, not lap swimming, but fun. Citibikes are a block away and the walkway and beach are right next to the property so it easy to get anywhere. It's Miami so weekends get noisy but the rest of the week was delightful and when the young revelers arrived they were fun.

Summary: Nice condo, the pool area is under construction so only one pool was open. The overall building could do with an upgrade, it is showing its age

Summary: Felt very relaxed and (at home) in the apartment. Had everything we needed and then some. We did however, miss having a dresser in one of the bedrooms. Our coffee pot had a crack in it and within hours of contact, we had a new one in the apartment upon our arrival in the evening. We truly enjoyed the easy (less than a mile) walk to the Miami Boardwalk. The building does not have a restaurant but the pool area had a tiki bar with limited food options that appeared to be brought in. The property was in a good location for activities we did in the Miami area. The 24/7 car valet service was exceptional.
