Positive: The hotel is located just outside of the city, allowing for a relaxing weekend while also being close to the hustle and bustle of the city. Breakfast is excellent and varied. Beautiful interior and staff is very attentive. Highly recommended!

Positive: Joel has a great sea view, it was clean, personnel is great

Negative: It’s right next to a very busy road and railroad, very loud. I was hoping for more quiet place. I sleep with ear plugs so I managed, but without them sleeping can be a challenge.

Positive: Very relaxing and memorable experience. The value for money is unbeatable! The hotel is really clean and beautifully decorated with a lot of plants and greenery. The staff are very friendly and support with everything you ask them. The sunset view from the balcony was magical. Overall, it was excellent and we will come again next time we are in Batumi.

Negative: Nothing to point out as a negative or even a small negative.

Negative: Not having water one so we were not able to use the shower and toilet. But it could be caused by the city and not the hotel.

Positive: Amazing and helpful staff (especially the girl serving breakfast), rather clean facilities, quite romantic location and nice balcony to enjoy sunsets.

Negative: Where to start, the hotel is located on the main highway entering and exiting Batumi and while that itself is not such a big issue, the building is very poorly built and there is effectively no sound isolation, making it near horrific experience to try to sleep in the hotel especially if you are a light sleeper and sometimes it is even difficult to support a conversation within the room due to the Extreme noise. The bathroom is poorly built, the shower water easily leaks onto the floor (with no drainage ) and then have fun using it, while having nothing to clean the floor with. The toilet is too close to the shower glass, making it impossible for an adult to even sit there. There are no bedside tables available so you need to put everything on the bed. Overall, it is pretty much impossible to take a rest in the room,
