Positive: Wonderful house, room and hospitality. Very friendly atmosphere and always helped with my questions. The room is clean, tidy, everything works and in its place. Very comfortable and nice mattress. There is a good beach nearby, a little to the center, but at the same time much quieter and cozier. I will definitely stay here on my next trip!

Positive: The location was perfect, if you want to go to batumi just cross the road to take bus. If you want a quite beach just cross the road ! It was quite throughout, the guesthouse had a common kitchen for all the guests to use equipped with everything, the room was cozy with all the necessary facilities and a balcony. you can also use the terrace to have your meals while you enjoy the view. Th host was also lovely, she has a beautiful garden and knows english. I enjoyed my stay with my friends. Would love to visit again !

Positive: The photos don’t do enough justice to this place. It’s just lovely, the rooms and especially the terrace has a gorgeous view to enjoy breakfast. The beach is just across the street. Tamar the host is the sweetest person. Definitely going back again ❤️

Positive: very good value for the money welcoming and helpful host spacious room with comfortable bed fridge in the room and a well equipped kitchen at the upper floor parking in the inner yard, close to building entrance 150 m to the bus station (bus to the center of Batumi) From the upper terace ... at sunset ... a great view of the Sun "entering" in the Black Sea.

Positive: The best place to stay in/around Batumi. Tamara is the best host we've ever had. We arrived late (around midnight) after a long day in marshrutka and she was waiting for us. When we mentioned that we were hungry, she prepared a big and tasty dinner even though it was late (didn't charge us anything). By the way, her khachapuri is the best khachapuri in Georgia. The place is clean and well-equipped, close to the beach. We also had a chance to experience Georgian hospitality when they asked us to join them at the table. ❤️ The breakfasts are great and big, we totally enjoyed them. ❤️ We have enjoyed our stay and we will recommend this place to anyone traveling to Georgian coast. ❤️
