Summary: Very pretty cabin with a lot of space. The main problem was not being able to get inside the cabin when we first arrived and operating the garage door wasn't easy, so that was a bit of a hassle, but the river is probably the nicest location for a cabin in the area. Nice to hear the rush of the water outside. Balcony is a relaxing spot to bird watch. 30 min to Sioux Falls for sites and restaurants. Pahoja recreation area is close by, as is Calico Skies Winery. Both are very nice places to visit. Cabin is nicely decorated and the beds are comfy.

Summary: This place was so great! My whole SD family came for Thanksgiving dinner. There were enough places for everyone to eat. There was plenty of beds for those that stayed, and the bedding/pillows were great! The hot tub with the view was amazing. The outside and inside pictures do not do this lovely cabin justice. Perfect place! Warm and cozy. LOTS of bald eagles! Would love to come in Spring time to canoe/kayak the river. I’m from the area but needed a place for my family and I to set up base. Perfect! The owners were amazing and responsive.
