Positive: The home is exactly as titled, WARM AND INVITING! It felt like home away from home. I spoke with the hostess on my way to Sioux Falls - and she was also warm and inviting. We had conversation like we knew each other for years and I was just an old friend staying the night. I would like to recommend - but also keep this place as a secret - and stay here every time I come to town!

Positive: Emily was very prompt with sending us directions and the code for the door earlier in the day. The house was centrally located and close to downtown Sioux Falls, which was very convenient for our excursions! The beds were comfortable, and house was very clean. We chose to eat out so we did not use any of the appliances (except the fridge) for our water bottles. Communication with Emily was very easy and she quickly answered the few questions we did have!

Negative: Can't do too much about the mosquitos that followed us into the house (The flooding in the city could not be helped) They did get taken care of though;-)

Summary: Thank you so much for offering up your home to travelers. We had a wonderful time away!
