Cute, cozy picturesque mountain cabin with wood burning stove, queen bedroom downstairs and upstairs loft that sleeps 4.
Not only will you enjoy the cabin, deck with great views, pool table, games and bbq but be my guest to explore 40 acres which includes 2 ponds (kayaks and paddleboats), waterfall, petroglyphs and beautiful vistas especially at sunset and sunrise.
Easy access to the top of the mountain and vistas with as much positive energy as any of the vortexes I’ve ever experienced in Sedona or the like .

Summary: The photos of this property do not do it justice. We came in March on Spring break. The landscape and property are beautiful! The Cabin was perfect. It was very clean with anything you could possibly need. Our son was in heaven with the catch and release fishing and paddle boat. Me and my wife enjoyed walks around the ponds and exploring the rocks. Emily was an amazing help to us and really enjoyed meeting her and her hospitality. We recommend this place to anyone who wants an intimate view of Arizona in an off grid cabin! Snowflake is a few miles down the road if you need to go into town for gas or groceries. SO MUCH around to go see while staying!

Summary: Perfect hideaway for a week or weekend, whether for a couple of a big family. Lots of room and spectacular views from the porch. We weren’t there long enough to really enjoy the pond, but it looks like it’d be a lot of fun, especially if you have kids. Overall a great experience and will book again if we’re in the area.

Summary: My wife and I are both very much from the country and this was exactly what we were looking for! Nothing fancy but everything we needed other than food and drinks was readily available. We got to meet the owner John, which was a Pleasant surprise for us. When everybody says it’s funky they’re referencing the Decour it was extremely clean with no unpleasant odor‘s, my wife and I both grew up in a cabin and we know what a musty smell is, this cabin does not have that at all! We got to do a little fishing we did tons of exploring you almost can’t run out of things to do here

Summary: The owner and his assistant were so friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to make our stay perfect. They loaned us a golf cart that enabled my disabled husband to visit the beautiful pond. Having only owned the property 2 years, they've made wonderful progress in updating the cabin and surrounding property. The cabin is comfortable and offers the amenities of home, including cookware, linens, and any toiletries you may have forgotten to pack. The afternoons during our June visit did get a little stuffy but they provided an oscillating fan that helped tremendously. The rest of the day was perfect temps! I understand they plan to install a heating/AC unit in the near future. The location was remote, quiet and peaceful yet a short 10-15 minute drive to Walmart for groceries. This was the perfect, relaxing, low-key vacation that we were hoping for and we hope to stay here again.

Summary: The property was exactly as described, nothing fancy, but had everything we needed. Great downstairs set up with the fireplace and upstairs loft with a pool table. We thoroughly enjoyed the pond, where we paddled around in the kayaks and paddle boats, watching the fish below. The following night, we enjoyed a nice fire pit under the stars. We went on morning walks/runs without the worry about traffic, and the dogs loved running around the area and were exhausted every night. Exactly what we were looking for!
