Summary: We did not realize that there is no staff on the premises. Could not open windows to have fresh air in the room and air conditioner is 3 feet from the bed and made a rattle noise which made it difficult to sleep.

Summary: It is a very nice place. There was no staff on sight, So the check in was confusing at first. The bed seamd a little smaller than a gueen, but it was nice to sleep on.

Summary: Super cute room. Everything was clean and loved the keyless entry. The pace smelled amazing with all the roses on the property. I sat outside and read for hours.

Summary: The suite was clean and comfortable, with thick, soft bathrobes, soft white sheets and towels, nice lighting, and a beautiful rose garden and shaded patio. The guest lounge offered everything you could want for breakfast!

Summary: The minimal staff approach is very different and surprisingly effective as well. We access our room with a code that was emails to us. Very simple process of getting into our room Property was super clean and love the decoration in the room. All updated amenities. We will definitely stay again in the future.

Summary: My husband and I stayed at the Heritage Inn for one night with our dog as we were in town for work. Overall, we had a great experience until we got locked out of our room for almost 2 hours .. First thing to note, when booking on Expedia it does not clearly state this but not all rooms are pet friendly. We were messaged by the property stating this and unfortunately, the room we booked was not pet friendly. The manager ultimately allowed us to keep our room though! Our coworkers stayed at the inn as well and same thing happened to them. Heritage inn is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! And I still recommend staying here as it is in a great location & near lots of restaurants. The place is very clean and well kept- HUGE shout out to whomever tends the garden! It is beautiful and my pup loved smelling all the flowers. Our room was very clean and spacious. The bed was super comfortable and I loved the little details such as chocolates on the bed side table. The guest lounge is also great for grabbing a snack / drink and they have a bunch of DVDs you can borrow! *There is no staff onsite* this was very inconvenient when it came to getting locked out of our room. We had to wait until a housekeeper arrived to unlock it which took about 2 hours. Huge shout out to the manager Michelle! She was always available, kind, and helped anyway she could! Thank you! We were told we would be rectified for this error, but I'm still waiting to hear back on how they plan on doing so.
