Positive: Location was great, private access to a cenote was fabulous. There’s an amazing taco restaurant and coffee shop 2 min walk away.

Negative: It wasn’t that clean, something as simple as the small washroom garbage was rusty and ready to be thrown out, our window was broken so it wouldn’t lock- there was a crack between the wall the the patio door so bugs could crawl in

Summary: Overall good value for the price, but if you’re a clean freak -don’t stay here

Negative: No person from the staff to speak to in case of necessity - bad smell in the toilet due the sewer

Positive: Value for money is good for the Tulum Beach Area. Staff was friendly.

Negative: Just avoid Tulum Beach completely and better stay in Tulum City. Extremely noisy at night. Not very clean. To access/ leave the Hotel you always need to text the Host, so someone will come and open the locked gate.

Positive: I really like the location the entrance to the cenote from the hotel is really nice they have like a chill spot there made for rhe guest.. Getting to the beach you just have to cross the road and have to find an entrance to the beach so if you looking for advanture this is the place. We had a hot water,internet.

Negative: Our door where not able to lock which is big issue, Hope they already fixed it bc we change a room and it was the same.

Positive: Perfect localisation to enjoy Tulum beach with its bars, restaurants and beach clubs. I put a 10 because Camila was so helpfull ! She spent time helping me with everything like taxis organisation, events and parties informations around and always found the best prices for me. I really appreciated that !
