Positive: The apartment was perfect for us: a living room/kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The highlight is the view of Lake Como from the balcony on the one side and from the terrace in the other side. Choose where to sit depending on the sun! Or sit under the olive trees in the garden.. The apartment has all features that we needed (and more), and has great parking, which is really important around the lake. The apartment is not directly on the road round the lake, which is quite busy. It is a short walk uphill from the lake, meaning that we could easily walk to the lakeside in the evenings to one of the restaurants. The hosts were friendly, flexible and very helpful regarding tips on where to go and eat, for example. They really look after their guests (the little welcome pack including milk was so helpful !) We did view the second apartment which has a wonderful view of the lake from the larger living area/kitchen, but does not have a second balcony. To be honest, both apartments are wonderful and we really hope to return soon.

Positive: We had the apartment nr.2 and the balcony of this has a very nice view to the lake. We found in the apartment a lot of leaflets for the places that you can visit. Chiara, was very kind gave us all the information that we need.

Positive: We had a wonderful stay at Ca’ Eli 2. The apartment was spotlessly clean, and was very well equipped with everything you could need. Chiara and Elisabetta are really thoughtful and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time, including advice about our travel plans, and help to order some groceries. Opening the shutters each morning to see the sparkling lake was spectacular. Onno is a small, quiet town away from the crowds- which was just what we wanted- but it is well connected by ferry and bus so you can move around the lake with ease.

Positive: The apartment was very nice, clean, with a superb view of Lake Como. The children liked the garden. The host helped us a lot with all the necessary information about transport and destinations to visit.
Negative: We didn't like that we had to pay extra for the heat. The weather was cool and maybe, if it wasn't for the extra fee, we would have started the central heating.

Positive: Loved the location - Onno is a great little village in Lario. Elizabetta was very helpful with restaurant bookings and hikes suggestions and a wonderful hostess. The hiking was great, beautiful little towns and villages to visit and all served by a great lake boat service when we didn't want to use the car. Marvellous. Also loved Al Batel, one of the village restaurant.
Negative: Having to go home!
Summary: Fabulous. CaEli in Onno is a wonderful place to holiday.
