Summary: Our stay overall was decent, the pictures are very accurate. The owners of the property were difficult to get ahold of, but was reached out to by someone else who I had a couple conversations with. The first day we noticed the water pressure of the sink was super low. The next morning when we went to shower, there was no hot water, and the shower shut off when you would try to go to the hot water. It also made an extremely loud noise and shook the walls. When we reached out via message over VRBO I didn’t receive any response. I then called the number provided 4 times until finally getting a call from a different number. They came to check out the water and it ended up being a water heater issue. They fixed it but was overall a pain to get ahold of them. Then last night new people came in to the unit next to us. They were extremely loud until 11:45 PM even after we reached out about a noise issue. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but had some issues that we weren’t planning for which made it not an amazing experience.

Summary: A bit nervous on first night as door lock was loose and we didn’t know the neighborhood.. Next day felt better as the area is nice, no trouble at all, close to groceries, beaches and airport. Our 3 night stay was clean and comfortable with plenty of space to move around. The kitchenette provided enough supplies for snacks or light meals and the gated courtyard definitely a plus! Thank you Scott for checking in on us periodically, we enjoyed our stay.
