Positive: The spa was incredible, the facilitys and also the vibe, really chilled, always fresh towels, and very friendly staff. Really good experience. My partner really enjoyed her breakfast, especially the hollandaise sauce 😍 Friendly staff, Great location
Negative: I was disappointed, as i rang in advance to request a room with a bath. The hotel called to confirm and on arrival that was not the case, We also paid 80 pounds extra for the spa acsess, that was NOT stated on booking.com Breakfast my eggs were rock hard and the food was cold.
