Negative: No spare toilet rolls, no face washers - downstairs bathroom a little inconvenient in the middle of the night but overall nothing was terrible. TV was very hard to negotiate for free to air channels.

Positive: I really liked the location, the hospitality and the comfortability. Ease of access and use of utilities made the stay easier and much more manageable/convenient. I also liked the folder/booklet provided. It gave us much need-to-know information. The owners are very lovely, and well mannered. Contact was very easy, and communication was fantastic.

Negative: There are only two things to recommend as suggestions. 1. A list of all supplies so, if there is an issue ie, an item used so it needs replacing, then it all can be replaced easily via brand name etc. 2. Linen- Linen was provided. One tea towel, Five towels, One bath mat and One Hand towel. My suggestion would be, ease of access to another set. For people who wish to have a lengthy stay. I like to wash towels and such, so a second set to swap out when necessary would help immensely.

Positive: The location is excellent — very convenient and close to the river and beach. The owner was also very responsive and quick to help whenever we had questions or needed assistance

Negative: There was no hot water on the first day, which made it difficult, especially with children. The issue was explained and improved afterward, but it would be better if this could be avoided for future guests.

Negative: Couldn't get a decent coffee anywhere in Shoalhaven and besides the clubs there's nothing open on Mon and Tues.

Positive: Entire house very well equipped home. Neat and clean. Walking distance to boat ramp. Can walk along water-edge or foot path . Some water views. Very quiet location. Lovely deck for relaxing and also a BBQ . Fully fenced, safe parking and pet friendly. Not far from Berry.

Negative: For ourselves not a problem but visitors should just be aware of steps to the front door.
