THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Driveway parking available for 2 vehicles. Passes are required and will be provided upon entry into the community. Boats, trailers, and campers are not permitted.
• From Memorial Day to Labor Day in 2025, we have a Saturday to Saturday booking requirement. This means all reservations must check in on a Saturday and check out on the following Saturday.
• Pet friendly! Maximum 1 dog, 50 lbs. or less allowed. An additional pet fee of $150 will be required. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.
o Absolutely NO PETS allowed in the rental unit or on the premises under any conditions UNLESS approved by the owner.
o If approved, expectation is that the animal is potty-trained, house-trained, and will not damage the property in any capacity.
o Pets are NOT allowed on furniture or bedding.
o Pets must be kenneled anytime guests are leaving the property.
o Your security deposit will be forfeited, and you will incur an additional charge for upholstery cleaning and flea spray if ANY evidence of damage incurred by the pet is found in the rental unit or on the premises. Charges will be no less than $500.
o Guests can enjoy the convenience of driving our golf cart directly to the beach access point. It's a quick and fun way to reach the sandy shores and enjoy your beach day!

• This property is non-smoking.
• NO parties.
• Do not exceed the maximum number of occupants.
• Always observe quiet hours after 10PM, as there are neighbors close by.
• DO NOT have any doors or windows open while the AC is on to avoid HVAC damage.
• Guests must be at least 25 years of age and provide a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance to drive the golf cart.
• No boats, boat trailers or campers.
