Positive: The house was clean except for HVAC grill. Other than that, it was clean. Great location for visiting the Biltmore and the arboretum. It's about 5 minutes away from places to eat. If you are chasing waterfalls, there are many within a 2 hour radius from the house. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and eating.

Negative: We could not get the TV to work. Maybe we are just technically challenged, lol! We called to report it and they said they sent a signal but we never got it to work. Not a big deal because we played dominoes every night and had a blast!

Positive: The property is conveniently located. It is very clean. It has everything you could need during your stay - they even provided consumables.

Negative: The fireplace is broken :( it’s my fault I didn’t read the description well enough but we really wanted the electric fireplace actually and it only lit up, no heat.

Positive: Overall amazing booking place! It was clean and very spacious, its an ideal home away from home!

Negative: The only thing I had to do was sweep all the leaves and fallen berries off of the porch, I didn't want my pets eating them off of it, but overall, an amazing stay
