Positive: We really enjoyed our stay!!! A storm had tripped the breaker for the A/C and sweet Mrs. Regina came to the rescue! The house is in a quiet location about 15 minutes from Biltmore. Beautiful view of the hills (and cows) out the front door and a nice patio under a pretty pink cherry blossom tree out back. Very clean and cozy place. You'll really feel like you're staying at a relatives home.

Negative: Not a thing. Everything was perfect :)
