Positive: Everything except.....

Negative: In a car park where payment is required, with a disabled companion, we were irritated to find that the disabled parking spaces were mainly occupied by vans and cars without blue badges displayed. Also at least one minibus parked there overnight. We returned late from an event at Brooklands Museum (circa 2230) and once we managed to get around the many physically barriered roads around Brooklands (on all the access roads) we then had to park around the back of the hotel itself as all the close disabled spaces were filled overnight as noted above.

Summary: Great hotel for visitors to Brooklands Museum and MB-World - the perfect place to stay.

Positive: Friendly staff, everyone went above and aboard to accommodate us, we did like the first room given, was given another. Had issues with spa and treatment times and everyone went above our expectations to rectify this. Defiantly coming back.

Negative: Our bed was far too soft and gave us aches . It was only 2 nights so that's ok.

Positive: My daughters 16th birthday. The spa was phenomenal. We also had some neurodiverse people in our group and the staff were so helpful and patient. Staff were extremely accommodating and I will definitely return
