Positive: Peaceful. Great to have a washing machine! Kitchen had everything you could need. Beds very comfortable. Showers hot with good water pressure. Comfy lounges.

Positive: Place was nice and quiet, plenty of space and all that we needed. Parking was a bit fiddly with a car on the drive belonging to the neighbour, but no hassle.

Negative: Nitpicking but the fridge/freezer was in the corner of the snug, be better in the kitchen. Also unaware the washing machine was not available

Summary: Lovely place with everything we needed.

Positive: The location and how quiet the area was. The hosts were very close and did not bother me. Very big place so it would suit a family or a group

Negative: The lounge smelt like it had been recently painted and the smell was nauseating. The wifi kept crashing and I needed to frequently reset it

Positive: Loved the quirky layout and that we had space as a group, when the sofa bed in the living room was in use we still had use of the snug. Brilliant that we had ample fans as the weather has been so warm. We Stayed the night before my sisters wedding to get ready and go from here with the owners blessing, it meant we could all stay and get ready together. It was prefect for what we wanted it for 🤍🤍 and it’s gone in the memory box!

Negative: WiFi isn’t the best, so maybe download anything needed before your stay, wasn’t a problem for us. Can’t say anything that we didn’t like. Living room could have done with some proper curtains, we pegged a blanket for privacy and darkness. Bedding was in the trunk but we couldn’t find pillow cases. It wasn’t a problem and we made do. We only used the sofa bed because it was so warm and it meant we could spread out.

Positive: Very clean large house, everything you could need

Negative: Both nights after putting the hot water on in the afternoon only after 2 people showering/bathing no hot water left. 6 people stayed so a bit of a nightmare. Couldn’t get the extractor fan over the cooker to work not sure if that was us or its broke 😊
