Positive: Quiet location in nice village. Excellent local pub “The Tigers Head” highly recommend, staff amazing and very attentive!

Negative: Ideally needs a shower/bath upstairs!! Having to go downstairs to shower not really inviting! Not very well sign posted!!

Positive: The log fire was amazing and over all the place was amazing, would stay again

Negative: The cottage was very hard to find in the dark and was not listed on google amps. I have now added it to google maps to make it easier for travelers to find.

Positive: Location was nice ,layout of property, log burner was nice addition.

Negative: Foul Sewer smell in downstairs toilet for 4 days coming from shower and sink , lots of noise from roadworks and vehicles throughout the day and evening , lighting was poor downstairs ,furniture throughout property seen better days especially sofas, property drive in need of repair after damaging car.

Summary: Very disappointed, didn’t deliver overall

Positive: Excellent location for us as we were at a wedding at Nunsmear hall, a 7 minute drive.

Negative: The double bed very uncomfortable, the 2 single beds very uncomfortable, the small room my mom was in she says the bed was a good sleep.

Positive: Great location for a family get away in a quiet area. Large property with good sized communal areas and bedrooms. Really well equipped kitchen with good facilities. great outdoor space with picnic bench and pond.

Negative: Noise travels through the house to the adjacent rooms, could benefit from some form of noise insulation. The sofas are a little tired and not that comfortable.

Summary: The family really enjoyed staying at the property.

Positive: We actually love this venue, location is brilliant for our needs and the cottage fits our size group. Cleaning is good and most "stuff" is provided.

Negative: The couches have past their comfort years. We're sure they were once expensive and good quality but we couldn't find ease on them.
