Summary: We were so excited to be in the mountains in the off-season to enjoy the quiet and the condo advertised a hot tub. Usually at the VRBO's we have stayed in they had a book of accommodations, where things are, garbage, restaurants, stores nearby, map, contact phone numbers, etc. There was none of this! When we arrived we looked for over a day for a hot tub. After asking the property management we were told they took the hot tub out due to Covid. We chose this VRBO because of that or we would have booked with a private condo with a private hot tub next to this location. They are re-doing roads and A LOT of construction. From sunrise to sunset we heard dump trucks and backup sounds from machines even on Sunday. We were asked numerous times to move our car far from the condo. The condo itself accommodated all 5 in my family and for the most part, was very roomy. We cooked the whole time in the condo and the first time the oven was turned on it smoked out the condo for not being cleaned. The appliances are very old so don't expect to do great cooking and the refrigerator is very loud at night while sleeping. It needs severe updating and the 2 rooms felt like the sun was shining in all night due to an all-night light with no black-out blinds. This would be great for one night while you are skiing since it is right next to a lift otherwise it was a disappointment. Most of all I wish they communicated no hot tub in which it is in all the pictures (which I feel is false advertising) and the constant construction. Also, the garbage situation was confusing in I received numerous texts (all different from multiple sources) on how to dispose of it. They were very kind about booking it and when I had questions they were quick to respond however if this is your VRBO improve in your communication of what you advertise if it doesn't exist.

Summary: We needed a peaceful place to stay. Away from the noise and crowd. We got it. Being at the ski resort off season will give you this feel. But none of us could sleep well in the cabin, not sure why. No obvious reason. Maybe elevation of 9000 feet?
