Negative: A few amenities didn't work or didn't work properly (one shower didn't drain, electrical issues....). Nothing major but small annoyances - that's why we didn't ask for fixing, which they offered. We didn't use the shower that didn't drain and the other electrical amenities that had issues but that part was disappointing. Another annoyance was that they didn't just hold the credit card but charged it right away - months before free cancellation ended. I specifically asked to use a different credit card in USD once they would charge (asked before I made the booking and was told that would be possible). The card was charged anyways and that cost me $200 in foreign transaction fees which Vacasa didn't want to reimburse either.

Positive: Location was terrific - only 220 steps to the beach! House is beautiful - well laid out; very fully - and nicely - furnished; beach towels, chairs, umbrella, high chair seat and toys much appreciated! The door code was easy and worked well - no need for keys.

Negative: We did not have access to the garage. Didn't need it for space, but the switch to the outside lighting is inside it, so we couldn't turn the lights off at night. We have a rechargeable (plug-in) electric car and there are no outlets outside (presume they are in the garage) so were unable to charge up.

Summary: We had a great time and the house contributed immensely!
