Summary: The stay was pleasant enough but not in any way ‘luxury’. There is a complex system for room service (and an extra charge), and overall there is a lack of attention to detail. Room was basic, cold and breakfast was average.

Summary: We really enjoyed our one night stay here and would definitely stay again. The bedroom was a good size, bed comfy and shower amazing. The only issue we had was that dirty dishes/trays and glasses which had been outside other rooms had not been moved all the time we were there from 5pm up to 10.15am next morning. Perhaps an oversight but not nice to see in such a grand hotel.

Summary: Brilliant location in the heart of Bristol. Rooms were spacious and the beds were comfy. Very reasonably priced too. The 12pm check-out time was very welcome as well allowing more time in the morning to get sorted

Summary: The suite was a lovely space, I wouldnt say it had a huge wow factor...though I'm not sure what they could have done to give it one (it's quite muted in terms of colour scheme etc and I totally get why). Lovely comfy bath and the shower was also good. Bed was a bit hard for my preference, I thought I had read pillow top but it just had a thick removable mattress topper. Pillow options would have been welcome, I didn't ask so this may well have been offered. Executive Lounge was really lovely, yes its in the basement but there is a window so it doesnt feel closed in, food and drink options were great and it never felt busy. It made the trip! Really lovely hotel and we will definitely visit again.

Summary: Staff very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfy and I had a lovely night's sleep.The breakfast was a good although it wasn't obvious anywhere what we would be getting until being seated. Great location and we would definitely consider going back.
